1. Introduction

This Delivery Policy explains how BYRED delivers orders placed through www.byred.cy. It sets out our delivery timeframe, delivery methods, shipping fees, and what happens if delivery cannot be completed.

This policy applies to all orders delivered within Cyprus.


2. Delivery area

BYRED delivers orders within Cyprus only.

We do not currently offer international delivery.


3. Delivery timeframe

We aim to deliver orders withinย 1 to 3 working daysย from the date the order is confirmed, provided that the ordered items are in stock and payment has been successfully completed or otherwise approved.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, order volume, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or delivery is expected to be delayed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.


4. Delivery methods

We deliver orders using the following methods:

  • BYRED own personnel delivery
  • Kronos Express courier delivery

The delivery method used for your order may depend on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the products ordered, as well as operational requirements.


5. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We currently apply:

  • aย flat delivery fee, and
  • free delivery for orders over a certain amount

If your order is eligible for free delivery, the free delivery offer will apply automatically according to the conditions shown at checkout.


6. Delivery process

Once your order has been confirmed, we will process it and prepare it for dispatch. When your order is ready, it will be delivered either by BYRED personnel or by Kronos Express, depending on the delivery method selected or arranged by us.

We may contact you by email or telephone to arrange delivery details or confirm your availability.


7. Delivery address and customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment, suite, floor, business name, or other delivery instructions needed to complete delivery successfully.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.


8. Failed delivery or missed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the address provided is incorrect,
  • the recipient is unavailable,
  • access to the premises is not possible,
  • or the parcel is refused without a valid reason,

we may contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt.

If a second delivery attempt is needed, additional charges may apply where permitted and reasonable.


9. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided or handed over to you or your authorised representative.


10. Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, traffic issues, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, technical failures, or force majeure events.

Where such a delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist where possible.
